Mainland France and Corsica

AérographeDiscount delivers to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, Corsica and :

Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. For shipments to other countries, please contact us at info@aerographediscount.fr to obtain a suitable transport solution.

Postage costs are calculated automatically according to the carrier, weight, size and destination of the parcel. They are payable by the Buyer and are specified when the order is validated.

Important: Please note that our warehouse is located in France. Therefore, for all deliveries outside Europe, customs taxes may apply and will have to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the parcel.

Parcel security

To ensure the safety of our parcels during transport, AérographeDiscount takes particular care to protect them. In fact, we only use cardboard boxes specifically designed for postal dispatch. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. The carrier is responsible for your package from the date it is picked up by the carrier. Packages are oversized and protected.

Information

AEROGRAPHEDISCOUNT undertakes, after confirmation of an order and validation of payment, to send to the chosen carrier the products in stock ordered within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Any anomaly noted at the time of delivery (damage, missing product compared to the invoice, damaged package, broken products...), must be immediately reported to the carrier and by e-mail or by mail to AEROGRAPHEDISCOUNT to benefit from the insurance provided by the carrier. The Buyer can follow the progress of his/her parcel by connecting to the website of the chosen carrier. If the Purchaser is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the recipient's letterbox specifying where and when the parcel can be collected.

Returns

Don't worry! You have 14 days to return your products. If the returned products are new and in their original box, we will refund or exchange them without any further action on your part, within 5 days of their return to our stock. The cost of returning products is borne by the customer.
