Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer, if not satisfied, has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the effective delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. This right applies to all products and services purchased on the Aérographe Discount site, under the following conditions:
- The customer who wishes to implement his right of retraction must contact Aérographe Discount Customer Service at (+33) 01 83 88 95 95 (cost of a local call from a landline in metropolitan France) specifying the designation of the item he wishes to return.
- The item must be returned in its original condition. In other words, it must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. In the case of paint or cleaning products, the presence of the protective seal is required.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks.
No returns can be hand-delivered directly to our warehouse.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
product personalized at the customer's request, custom-made service at the customer's request, service starting before the end of the said period, unsealed product, damaged product and/or packaging rendering it unfit for sale. In the case of a product that cannot be separated from a set (e.g. pack, lot), it is the set that must be returned.
The returned item will be reimbursed to the Customer within 30 days of receipt by the www.aerographediscount.fr team or will be the subject of a credit note that can be used on the aerographediscount.fr sales site without time limits upon simple request.
The refund will be made by the same method of payment you chose when placing the order.
After-sales service
All items are guaranteed for 2 years or more (see item description) or 6 months for repaired and refurbished items, from the date indicated on the invoice sent to the Customer, with the exception of consumables and textile items.
Should an item prove to be defective, present a hidden defect or have been rendered unfit for use before the date of receipt by the Customer, during the commercial warranty period, the Customer must contact Customer Service on 01.61.10.45.99 (cost of a local call from a landline in France), who will inform him of the procedure to follow to return the item.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the item are borne by the Customer.
After examination of the article, Aérographe Discount reserves the possibility either of repairing it, or of refunding it at the purchase price. In this case, Aérographe Discount will issue a credit note for use on its sales site, or will proceed with reimbursement at the Customer's request.
The repair or refund will take place within 30 days of receipt of the defective item by Aérographe Discount. The repaired or exchanged item will be sent to the Customer at aerographediscount.fr's expense.
If the item is immobilized for more than 7 days, the initial commercial warranty period will be extended by the immobilization period in accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The customer may not invoke the commercial warranty if the defect results from :
- normal wear and tear of the item and/or its component parts and/or accessories,
- abnormal use and/or mishandling
- lack of maintenance
- force majeure
- use, installation or connection that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications
- commercial or collective use
- use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables
- repairs carried out by a third party not approved by Aérographe Discount and/or the manufacturer
Independently of the commercial guarantee thus granted, Aérographe Discount remains liable for defects in conformity of the product with the order and for hidden defects under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 and 1649 of the French Civil Code.
In accordance with the provisions of order no. 2005-136 of February 17, 2005, the aforementioned articles of the Civil Code and the articles of the Consumer Code relating to the warranty of consumer goods are reproduced in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Refurbished and repaired products are, by their very nature, items that have been used before. These products may show signs of wear due to their use (micro-scratches, packaging different from the manufacturer's packaging, etc.). These characteristics, inherent to the "refurbished and repaired" nature of the products, cannot be taken into account by Aérographe Discount within the framework of the guarantee, since they do not call into question the basic functionality of the products.
