Description

A set of 8 Model Air Colors developed to paint US Air Force aircraft deployed in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. The camouflage systems used in this theater of operations are known as SEA (Southeast Asia), and a variant of these was used by SAC (Strategic Air Command) bombers.

Sierra Tan ANA 628 (FS 30219): SEA camouflage color palette, combined with dark green (FS 34079) and medium green (FS 34102) on aircraft upper surfaces. Dark Green ANA 631 (FS 34079): SEA camouflage color set, combined with Sierra Tan (FS 30219) and Medium Green (FS 34102). The same color variant was also used for SAC bombers, combined with FS 34159 and FS 34201. Medium Green (FS 34102): SEA camouflage color combination, combined with Sierra Tan (FS 30219) and Dark Green (FS 34079) on aircraft upper surfaces. Green (FS 34159): Variant of the SEA camouflage color palette, used for SAC bombers, combined with dark green (FS 34079) and light green (FS 34201) on aircraft upper surfaces. Tan Green (FS 34201): Variant of the SEA camouflage color scheme, used for SAC bombers, combined with green (FS 34159) and dark green (FS 34079) on aircraft upper surfaces. Camouflage grey (FS 36622): Lower color for camouflage. SEA regime, for all types of aircraft and daily operations. Matte black ANA 604 (FS 37038): SEA lower color camouflage scheme and variants, for SAC bombers and all kinds of air and night operations. ANA 601 white badge (FS 37875): lower color, variant of SEA camouflage scheme for SAC bombers, daytime operations.
