- The set includes 8 references from the Model Air range in 17 ml format for painting camouflage patterns on combat vehicles, trucks or artillery pieces of the French army, operating during the Second World War.
- The French army didn't have exact chromatic correspondence tables, but we know certain tones and their names from written files, such as Bleu and Vert Olive Mat, used before the Second World War, or somewhat indefinite names like Vert Olive or Vert Armée. His camouflage schemes, used on cars, trucks, light vehicles and even artillery pieces, were elaborate and achieved a disruptive effect, sometimes combining up to five shades, with positive results. Later, in the 1930s, four other shades were observed: Olive Green Mat 2, Yellow Ochre, Brown (a reddish-brown hue) and Light Green.
